Cases Under Other United States - Mexico Treaties

Many colleagues Attorneys in the United States and Mexico, reach out to me when their client’s cases involve issues of International Law in general. As an international law practicing attorney it is always exciting to me when I am called to participate in a case involving international law issues.

In some cases, I have represented clients to protect their human rights and their civil rights under treaties. In a recent case for example, I was asked by an Immigration fellow attorney to assist a person who was being deported with allegations of being a subject to extradition proceedings. After a careful review of the court records and considerable amount of time for our research and litigation, we were able to successfully establish that such person was not subject to official extradition. The United States Immigration Enforcement office was incorrectly pursuing a “short cut deportation” by means of illegal extradition proceedings. The Person was not subject to any arrest warrant, nor any other basis existed for him to be taken out of the country and sent to her country of origin.

If you or your attorney are in need of a lawyer with experience and knowledge in international law as well as foreign law (Mexico – USA laws ) I hope that you can contact me easily by simply submitting your case situation here below. It would be my honor to serve you.
